Customized Customer Service Training Program
As a silver contributor, Jennifer Henczel designed and delivered a customer service training program for the host volunteers of the Abbotsford 2004 BC Summer Games. The custom program included participatory activities and an in-depth handbook that is now used as an example for future games.
