History

For 12 years Jennifer Henczel has been an international trade consultant and business trainer known as the Import Export Coach.  Upon graduating from an international trade program (FITTskills) her career as a consultant started with a government contract to help small businesses and entrepreneurs in the region to start importing and exporting products and services.

When the contract ended, she became a sole proprietor providing similar services in the region. IN the mid 1990s she created a website in a free space account that served as a resource for her clients where she posted her latest tips, suggested links, and information about government programs. The website was moved to the ImportExportCoach.com domain in 1999. ImportExportCoach.com became one of the top import export business websites in the world. The website itself has been online for over 10 years, which is old in internet years.

Jennifer now has almost 150 domains and creates online resources, company websites, newsletters, and ezines. 

During this time, she has also secured contracts to teach international trade, business, marketing, ecommerce, and professional development seminars through local universities, colleges, and government funded training facilities.  She pursued a BA in Adult Education and achieved her Provincial Instructors Diploma.  

In 2006 Jennifer started work on a Masters in Professional Communications (MAPC), which combines the aspects of her various career paths that she is most passionate about.

In 2007, the focus of her business name and operations changed to reflect her range of skills and knowledge.

She particularly enjoys writing and professional development training, as well as managing communications for herself and her clients. Examples include: writing, public speaking, developing information products, developing online resource sites, online marketing, and creating and distributing company ezines.
